The signature offering
Your AI should know you.
You are better out loud than on the page. You can explain the thing in a meeting in four minutes and then spend forty-five rearranging the first paragraph. AI made it worse: now everything you publish sounds like everyone else who has the same tools. You don't have a writing problem. You have a translation problem.
What it is
Not how you sound. How you think.
A Voice Profile is a record of how you actually work: how you explain, what you believe, the stories you reach for, how you make a judgment, what you would never say, how you show you know what you're talking about. It is written down from a conversation with you, in your words.
Then it is installed in the AI tools you already use, ChatGPT or Claude, so that when you bring rough material, what comes back is yours. The test is simple. You read it and say: that's me.
It is not a custom chatbot and it is not a tone setting. Telling ChatGPT to sound like you gets your sound and a stranger's thinking. The profile is the thinking.
Two ways to do it
The conversation
You sit down with Yvonne and talk about your work. She arrives with questions and abandons them the moment you say something more interesting, which happens early. She is listening for how you explain a thing to a client who doesn't get it yet, what you refuse to do, the story you tell every new person, the joke you make when a meeting goes sideways. She writes as you go. What you get back is a document you will read twice: once fast, because it is about you, and once slowly, because it is right. Your patterns. Your words for things. What earns trust with your people and what loses it. The list of things you would never say.
The install
Then it goes to work. The profile sits in front of the AI tools you already use, ChatGPT or Claude, so when you hand them a rough note, what comes back starts from how you think instead of from how everyone else's tools write. It is a document. You own it. When you change, you change it.
Who it's for
Experts who are the product: consultants, founders, designers, doctors, the person clients ask for by name. People who have been told they should post more and have quietly decided not to, because what comes out doesn't sound like them.
Not for anyone who wants to sound like someone else. The profile can only be of you.
Plain answers
- Isn't this just telling ChatGPT to write like me?
- That gets your sound and a stranger's thinking. The profile records how you reason, what you believe, and what you would never say, and puts that in front of the tool before it writes a word. The difference shows up in the second paragraph, where the tone trick runs out.
- Do I have to write anything or be on camera?
- No. You talk. Yvonne writes the profile from the conversation, and you read it and cross out anything that isn't you. Most people cross out very little, and the part they cross out is usually the part they were taught to say.
- What do I actually walk away with?
- A document that reads like you on your best day, and, with the install, that document working inside your own AI tools. It is yours. If you never speak to us again, it keeps working.
- What does it cost?
- It's scoped in the 30 minutes, with the number in writing before anything begins. No hourly billing.
It starts with talking.
Thirty minutes on the phone, about your work. The same day, a note with what we'd do and what it costs.
