For hotels and private clubs

The booking site takes the margin. The guest never learns your name.

A traveler asks for a quiet hotel near the water. A member asks a friend where to take a guest. A couple asks an assistant where to spend an anniversary. The answer comes back as three names. If yours is one, they open your site to decide. If it isn't, they never do.

Your situation

Found on someone else's page.

The online travel agencies rank for your city and take a commission on every stay. Your own site ranks for your name and not much else, so the direct booking only happens when the guest already knew to look for you. For a club, the version of this is a members-only site that tells a prospective member nothing, and a public page that hasn't changed since the last board.

Meanwhile the guest's questions are specific. Is there somewhere to work. Can we bring the dog. What's the private room like for twenty. Those questions get answered by email, one at a time, by a front desk that has other things to do.

What we build

A site that earns the direct booking.

  1. 01

    The site

Fast on a phone, on your own domain, built around the booking engine you already have. Rooms, spaces, and the neighborhood as pages a person can read and a machine can quote.

  2. 02

    The record

What the property is, where it is, what kind of stay it offers, and what it's for, stated once and matched across your site, your listing, and your profiles. For a club: what it is, what membership involves, and how to begin, on the public side, while the members' side stays private.

  3. 03

    The words

Written for the guest's actual question, not for the brochure. The room for a working week. The dog. The private dining room for twenty. Answered on the page, in your voice, so fewer of them need the front desk.

  4. 04

    The launch

Domain, search console, listing, and the checks that prove every page reads from outside. Your email and your booking engine are never touched.

  5. 05

    Kept current

Seasonal rates, events, closures, and the things worth knowing this month, drafted from what you tell us, published on your yes, and dated. Once a month we ask the assistants where to stay for the trips you want and keep the transcript.

Plain answers

What hotels and clubs ask us

We get most bookings through the OTAs. Isn't that fine?

It's fine until you count the commission and notice the guest never learned your name. Direct bookings start with being found directly: a site that answers the guest's question, and a record the assistants can read and pass along.

Do you replace the booking engine?

No. We work with the engine you have and build the site around it: the pages that get you found, the answers that turn a question into a stay, the cadence that keeps it current.

What is hotel SEO now that people ask AI assistants?

Two things at once. The search part hasn't gone away: your city, your neighborhood, the kind of stay you offer. The new part is whether an assistant names you when a traveler asks where to stay. Both depend on a site that says clearly what you are and where, in words a machine can trust. We check by asking, and keep the transcript.

We're a private club. Most of our site is members-only. Does this apply?

The public part is where a prospective member and their sponsor decide. It should say what the club is, what membership involves, and how to begin, and it should be legible to the assistants members now ask. The members' side stays private. We work on the door.
